Service
The legal framework for our partnership. These Terms of Service govern your access to the Bloomlytix predictive engine.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Bloomlytix predictive analytics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. Bloomlytix provides highly technical AI and machine learning models specifically calibrated for the floral supply chain. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate revocation of system access.
Service Levels
Bloomlytix delivers seasonal forecasting and consumer behavior insights via our proprietary API and dashboard. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, service levels are governed by the specific SLA tier selected in your subscription. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled during off-peak agricultural trading hours.
Data Integrity
The accuracy of AI predictions is dependent on the quality of historical inventory data provided by the Client. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring all data uploaded to our Scottish Highland processing nodes is accurate and legally obtained.
Intellectual Property
All algorithms, predictive models, and neural network architectures remains the exclusive property of Bloomlytix. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the generated insights and reports solely for their internal floral operations. Reverse engineering of our predictive logic is strictly prohibited and governed under the laws of Scotland.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Late payments exceeding 14 days will result in automated throttling of API throughput. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified in your Master Service Agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from the use of our Scottish-hosted infrastructure will be settled in the courts of the Scottish Highlands. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 6 months preceding any claim.
